The Sheridan County Fair Board makes each event one to remember! The 2015 Sheridan County Fair, "Ridin', Rockin' & Livestockin' ", July 20-25, is a local favorite with activities for all ages. Come out and see the parade or participate in the Old Timer's Round Robin, the Barnyard Olympics, or the Tallest Corn Contest. Everyone is welcome to enter something in the Sheridan County Fair and entries showcase various talents ranging from restoring antiques to making arts and crafts. Fair patrons can stop by and support the 4-H and open exhibitors, whose work is displayed in the Exhibit Building during the Fair, or they can treat themselves to the 4-H Food Stand. Evening entertainment is sure to please with the thrills of the Sheridan County Carnival and the cowboys and cowgirls who entertain the crowd at the Fair KPRA Rodeo. In addition to fair activities, the Sheridan County Fair Board also sponsors a Demolition Derby with some crazy crashes. The Sheridan County Fair Board oversees the rental of the 4-H Building, which serves as a multi-purpose community center. Take your family to one of the exciting activities sponsored by the Sheridan County Fair Board and make memories that will last a lifetime! 2016 Fair Dates are July 18-23. |

Sheridan County Fair
The Sheridan County Fair provides the community together with fun-filled activities and exhibits sponsored by the Sheridan County Fair Board. The Sheridan County Fair is at the end of July every year.

Demolition Derby
The Demolition Derby is fun filled entertainment where the best drivers in Western Kansas go head to head to find out which will be the last car running.
August 15, 2015 / 7:00 pm
- Spectator Gates Open at 6pm
- Pit Gates Open at 4pm – Derby Starts at 7pm

Sheridan County Fairgrounds Location:
Northeast of Highway 24 and Highway 23 Intersection
Hours: Open and covered arenas are open for community use, but public events must be approved by Sheridan County Fair Board. 4-H Building – open only during events.
4-H Building is available for rent:

- Rental fees are set by the fair board and should be made payable to Sheridan County Fair Board
